Review

A Review is an evaluation of your company’s financial statements using management inquiries, analytical procedures, and our knowledge of the industry and your business. The scope of a review is less than an audit, but it provides “limited assurance” that nothing came to our attention requiring modification. It includes less work than audit engagements and relies on inquiry and analytics to provide limited assurance.A review is a limited form of assurance whereby the reviewer provides negative assurance and reviews financial statements of an organization for plausibility, and investigates any irregularities that may come to light. It is typically performed for small organizations that may not require the complexity of an audit.​
